A fine and authentic Tiffany Studios boudoir lamp, circa 1900–1920, featuring a beautifully hand-blown Favrile art glass dome shade resting on a patinated bronze base stamped on the underside "TIFFANY STUDIOS NEW YORK" with model number 436.
The dome-form shade is executed in lustrous Favrile glass in rich chartreuse and yellow-green tones, adorned with applied dark green trailed and coiled glass decoration — a classic organic motif characteristic of Tiffany Studios' blown glass production. The shade exhibits the hallmark iridescence and depth of color achieved through Tiffany's proprietary glassmaking techniques.
The slender patinated bronze base features a gracefully tapering columnar stem with Art Nouveau-style curved arm supports and a molded square foot with fan-leaf decoration at the base — design elements consistent with the studio's boudoir lamp production of the period.
