An excellent example of Tiffany Studios Favrile art glass in the classic pulled feather motif. The ground is a soft creamy custard opalescent that warms to honey gold through the neck, giving way to bold green feathering across the lower body. The decoration is beautifully executed — long, fluid plumes with fine combed striations pulled through the glass, each feather cleanly defined against the pale ground. The body is subtly ribbed and rises to a gently ruffled, undulating rim.

Unlit, the shade reads as a quiet cream and sage. Lit from within, the ground glows amber-gold and the green feathering deepens dramatically against it — the effect Tiffany's Favrile process was designed to produce, and the reason these shades still command attention over a century later.
